Your order will be fulfilled (packed and shipped) in the next 3 to 5 days (Monday thru Friday) after your purchase.

shipping times do not include the standard 1-3 business day processing time it takes for the order to ship out.

 

Processing times may be longer during promotions and holidays.

 

Lost or stolen packages

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you believe that your package was lost or stolen, please file a claim to USPS.

Change of adress

Shipping addresses cannot be changed after order is fulfilled.  We will only ship to the shipping address entered when the order was originally placed. Any mistakes in shipping addresses after fulfilling will be charged to customer.
